Millions of dollars have been invested

in so many projects claiming to eradicate poverty and food insecurity in Africa. Unfortunately, most of them have not succeeded in having a long-term impact because, among many factors, once the funders left with their onsite teams, so did their influence and effort. The projects either fizzled out or worked on a very low capacity

Agriculture is not just a technical issue

of growing crops, but a way of life as a whole ecosystem combining culture, society, markets, environment and livelihood. In order to create sustainable change, we need to provide tools for the entire process including educating and empowering people and local communities.

The KFM (kits for millions) is the main tool alongside with education, to boost rural farming.

Each KFM Kit will include a set of green technologies, seeds, fertilizers, irrigation equipment and instructions. An advanced version of the KFM Kit will also include a greenhouse. The KFM KIT will be customized for each potential area and community. In addition, it will be used as a Center for equipment sharing, testing and maintenance (e.g. small tractors, harvesters and sprayers).
